Cancellation Policy
100% Cancellation charges will be levied if cancelled after the check-in date or on a No-show.
100% Cancellation charges will be levied if cancelled between 7 days before the check-in date and before on check-in date.
75% Cancellation charges will be levied if cancelled between 14 days before the check-in date and 7 days before the check-in date.
50% Cancellation charges will be levied if cancelled between 21 days before the check-in date and 14 days before the check-in date.
25% Cancellation charges will be levied if cancelled between 28 days before the check-in date and 21 days before the check-in date.
Free Cancellation if cancelled between the booking date and 28 days before the check-in date.
Refund Policy
0% refund if cancelled after check-in date or on No-show.
0% refund if cancelled between 7 days before the check-in date and before the check-in date.
25% refund if cancelled between 14 days before the check-in date and 7 days before the check-in date.
50% refund if cancelled between 21 days before the check-in date and 14 days before the check-in date.
75% refund if cancelled between 28 days before the check-in date and 21 days before the check-in date.
100% refund if cancelled in between booking date and 28 days before check-in date.
Note: It will take 7-10 working days to credit the refund amount to the customer’s bank account.
Terms & Conditions
Our hotel operates under the following terms and conditions:
1. Room reservations are subject to availability and require a valid identity card for proof of address.
2. Check-in time is 2:00 Pm and Check-Out Time is 11:00 Am. Late checkout may be subject to an additional fee.
3. Pets are allowed with prior approval.
4. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all guest rooms.
5. Our Hotel is not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend guests secure their belongings in the provided safe.
6. Guests must be at least 18 years of age to check-in.
7. Rates are subject to change without notice and may vary based on seasonality and availability.
8. By making a reservation, the guest agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
